A 17-year-old was taken into custody on Thursday evening after injuring a police officer during a police check in Besançon (Doubs), franceinfo learned on Friday October 7 from a police source.
Around 8 p.m. Thursday evening, this teenager, who was riding a scooter, first ran into three police officers in the Planoise district of Besançon, without causing any injuries. He was driving without a helmet and had hidden his license plate.
It was later that the boy refused to submit to the police check by rebelling. He then injured a police officer in the wrist. The police officer was prescribed ten days of temporary incapacity for work (ITT). His two colleagues are unharmed. The young man was therefore placed in custody in the evening where he was still Friday morning.
