These hopes that we haven’t seen
The training camp allowed us to discover several hopes of the Canadian: Owen Beck, Filip Mesar, Juraj Slafkovsky, of course, Arber Xhekaj and a few others. Some will stay in Montreal, others will continue their progress in the junior ranks or the American League, where we can continue to follow them from a distance. But there were also absentees, retained in the NCAA or in Europe. They do not attract attention because we do not have them in front of us, but they will join the entourage of the team in a few years.
