After repeating that he only saw himself as general manager of the Quebec Remparts next season, Patrick Roy said Wednesday that he was not completely closing the door to a return behind the bench in 2023-2024.

“For next year, the plan was to remain general manager and continue to support Simon (Gagné, assistant coach) in this,” Roy repeated on Wednesday.
“However, if Simon does not want to take the position of head coach next year, we will have to think about another scenario and another scenario could be that I am the one who stays behind the bench”, chained the Chief red devil.
