The day I took this photo, we were off, between a long and beautiful session with Jim Keltner the day before and another, fantastic one, with the gospel choir the next day: ‘It’s still Hollywood, damn it!’ I wanted to shoot him in front of Hollywood Sign… He doesn’t really like to pose but his talent and his creativity were well worth a small portrait!“
