Vasilevskiy achieves a 1st shutout this season

Andrei Vasilevskiy blocked 34 shots and the Tampa Bay Lightning posted a 4-0 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday.

Vasilevskiy had his 27th career shutout, a first this season.

Zach Bogosian and Corey Perry ended long food shortages, while Steven Stamkos and Alex Barré-Boulet also scored.

Bogosian had not hit the mark in 62 games, dating back to January 12, 2020. Perry signed a first goal in 38 games.

Stamkos also had two assists for Tampa Bay, which is 9-1-2 since October 26.

Stamkos scored 493 points in Tampa, ahead of Martin St. Louis (491) in the history of the Lightning.

Carter Hart made 31 saves.
