In Mandelieu La Napoule, a 78-year-old woman fell from a footpath in Siagne on Wednesday September 28. A passerby sees her, rushes to save her. The rescuer then calls out to a passing man. She calls him but he doesn’t help her. It does not stop.
The rescuer keeps his head above water while waiting for help. The victim was in cardiac arrest when firefighters arrived. They revive her. She is transported to the Cannes hospital center.
