Much appreciated for his outspokenness, Raymond also pleases the public of TPMP for his equally hilarious anecdotes. However, this Wednesday, September 28, the anecdote in question was not funny, quite the contrary, when he mentioned a violent fight he had had… with a rat! Indeed, Cyril Hanouna and his team returned to the subject of the day: a two-year-old child bitten by a horde of rats in his sleep.
A chilling story, which did not fail to react on set. Moment that Raymond chose to evoke his “fight”, almost “to the death”, with the animal which swarms more and more in the cities and in particular in Paris.
Winner by knockout
“Warning, I fought with a rat once. I have a scar”he recalls before adding: “In a cellar, when I was a delivery man, I have a scar right here (he shows his hand: editor’s note). The rat, he attacked me, he took my finger”. “I banged him against the wall, he wouldn’t let go of me. I knocked him to the ground…” he continued before being cut by Cyril Hanouna:
“Hey, I say it, rats are like dogs. It’s no use, if you’re bitten, you have to strangle them. I swear to you that’s the best way. You take it by the neck and it’s forced to open. There’s no point in hitting it, it won’t let go”, specified the moderator. A technique apparently not used by the one who recently tackled Yann Barthès who continued to give details of his “altercation”: “I hit him on the ground, I broke my metacarpus”. A technique that did not convince the host. “You’re strangling him!”, he added. Something to surprise Matthieu Delormeau who expressed his concern: “You don’t have violent impulses at the moment do you?”
