For this exceptional program produced during the market tour, France Bleu La Rochelle puts a chef from Châtelaillon-Plage to the test! With 30 eurohe will have to do his shopping and make a menu for 6 persons. And of course the people present in the market will then be invited to taste what the chef has prepared. Alongside host Caroline Garnier, he is the chef Yannick Fauries of the restaurant Les Flots who will have to show imagination and cook products sold at the market covered and fairground of Châtelaillon.

With its beautiful 1930s building typical of the Charente style, this covered market is at the heart of Châtelaillon life.
