Toulouse’s Laure Sansus and Antoine Dupont voted best French internationals

The 18th Night of Rugby, organized Monday evening at the Olympia, delivered its verdicts to reward the players, players, staff and referees who illuminated the 2021-2022 season, and elected by their peers.

If Antoine Dupont had to pass his statuette of ”Best player of the Top 14” last year to the English third-line center of the MHR, Zach Mercer, the Stade and XV de France scrum-half voted best French international. No trophy, however, for Ange Capuozzo. The neo-Toulouse is preceded by the neo-Montpellier Léo Coly. The Stade Montois scrum-half also wins the Pro D2 best player award

On the women’s side, Stade Toulousain’s scrum half, Laure Sansus was also voted ”Best player of the XV of France”. She sent a video message of thanks from New Zealand where the Blues are preparing for the World Cup (kick-off on October 8).
