CAQ chief François Legault will put on his prime minister’s clothes on Saturday as he takes stock of post-tropical storm Fiona.
Mr. Legault will present around noon a status report concerning the passage of the meteorological system in the east.
The Îles-de-la-Madeleine are notably on Fiona’s trajectory.
Mr. Legault will be accompanied by Ms. Geneviève Guilbault, Deputy Premier and Minister of Public Security, Ms. Katia Petit, Associate Deputy Minister of the General Directorate of Civil Security and Fire Safety, and Mr. Jean Savard , director general of operations at the Ministry of Public Security.
The Coalition avenir Québec temporarily suspended its electoral tour on Friday evening.
