Montreal: obstacles on the highway network to be expected this weekend

This weekend’s work will cause the closure of certain portions of highways on the upper network of the Montreal metropolitan area, but these obstacles could be canceled or postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions.

Due to the deconstruction of the original Champlain Bridge, many closures are to be expected.

A single lane will be available on Route 112 between Saint-Lambert and Montreal, in the Sud-Ouest borough on the Victoria Bridge towards Montreal, from Saturday 5 a.m. to Monday 1:30 p.m.
Complete closure of Route 136 in Montreal eastbound between the Turcot interchange and the entrances to Notre-Dame and de la Cathédrale streets, in the Ville-Marie tunnel, from Friday 11:59 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.
The ramp leading from route 138 east to A-20 west/airport will also be closed, from Friday 11:50 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m., as well as two out of three lanes between rue Clément and the interchange, on route 138, from Saturday 7 a.m. to Sunday 11 p.m.
Also closure of the service between Devonshir Road and Alexis-Nihon Boulevard, from Friday 10 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.
Two lanes out of three will be in effect on the A-15 in Brossard, La Prairie and Candiac southbound between Matte and Taschereau boulevards, from Friday 19 to Monday 5 a.m.
Also complete closure of Route 132 in Brossard eastbound between exit 53 and the next, from Friday 11 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.
