The gourmet weekend of the perched cat returns for its 8th edition in Dole, in the Jura! For the occasion, France Bleu Besançon is live from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturday October 1st.
In the heart of the Jura, Dole is transformed into a huge gourmet village. From September 30 to October 2, don’t miss the opportunity to come and discover the good local products of Burgundy Franche-Comté but also flavors from elsewhere! And if you are not available, listen to France Bleu Besançon on Saturday October 1st. From 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Pol Laurent will bring you the event live.
The gourmet weekend of the perched cat, what is it?
Every year, the cities and countries invited animate an ephemeral village around the theme of gastronomy. Dole is transformed into a huge gourmet market that welcomes 150 exhibitors exclusively from Bourguigno-Franc-Comtois, who share their gastronomic know-how with the public. The icing on the cake, they even offer the greediest to fill their baskets with some culinary nuggets. Impossible to leave empty-handed!

During these three days of festivities, around fifty events are organized to amaze young and old! Local producers, artisans in the food trades, starred chefs and also artists of all kinds share their passion and know-how with visitors to become true ambassadors of the region’s “Art of living and hospitality”.
Friday September 30: La Commanderie – Dole
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: regional Eating Well meetings (free entry)
- 6 p.m.: Official opening (by invitation)
Saturday October 1: Historic Center of Dole
- 11am-5pm: Tasting Pass, Gourmet Pass, Bell Tower Pass (on reservation)
- 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Gourmet Villages in the historic heart of Dole (free admission) + Gourmet Basket
Commandery – Dole
- 12 p.m.-4 p.m.: Banquet du Chat Gourmand hosted by Starred Chefs and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (on reservation)
Sunday October 2: Historic center of Dole
- 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Tasting Pass, Petit Gourmet Pass, Bell Tower Pass (on reservation)
- 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Gourmet Villages in the historic heart of Dole (free admission) + Gourmet Basket
