Manchoise company Oxygen Phone, formerly Remade, placed in receivership

The phone refurbishment company in Manche Oxygen phone, formerly Remade, is again placed in receivership. The Commercial Court rendered its decision this Friday, September 23 regarding the Poilley plant (South Manche)

The procedure must allow the structure to continue its activity while preserving jobs. Over the next few months, this observation period will also aim to “compile and verify debts”, in the words of Justice.

Remade, had a flourishing start when it was created in 2014, becoming French leader in refurbishing smartphones and tablets in 2016. But since 2019, the company has had a series of setbacks. Liquidated at the end of 2019, taken over in 2020 but with more than 200 employees made redundant, it is trying to revive itself. Here she is again in receivership.
