Le temps des raspberries dedicated best series to… Seoul

The success of the series written by Florence Longpré and directed by Philippe Falardeau has echoes as far away as South Korea. The drama just received the award for best miniseries at the 17are Seoul International Drama Awards.

Raspberry timeco-written by Florence Longpré (Can you hear me ?, Audrey came back) and Suzie Bouchard (The eye of the storm, Between two sheets), had been presented during the closing evening of the Berlinoise last February.

The miniseries directed by Philippe Falardeau tells the story of Elisabeth, mother of two boys who inherits the family farm following the death of her husband. Sandrine Bisson, who defends the role of Elisabeth, also won the Gémeaux for best female lead role last Sunday.

Trio Orange producer Julia Langlois and screenwriter Florence Longpré were both present in Seoul on Thursday to receive their awards.

The 10 episodes of the first season, available on the Club illico platform, also feature Edison Ruiz, Micheline Lanctôt, Elijah Patrice and Paul Doucet.

A second season has already been confirmed.
