After 4 days of hearing, the Assize Court of Seine-Maritime condemns this Thursday Idrissa T. to 25 years of criminal imprisonment. The man is found guilty of having killed his ex-companion, Johanna, with several stab wounds in 2019 in Le Havre, under the eyes of their children.

The Assize Court of Seine-Maritime rendered its decision on Thursday concerning the murder of Johanna. On September 16, 2019, the 27-year-old young woman was stabbed several times by her ex-companion, in front of their three children. The accused, Idrissa T., is sentenced to 25 years’ criminal imprisonment without penalty, together with 5 years of socio-judicial follow-up on his release. His parental authority is also completely withdrawn.
The court thus alleviates the requisitions of the general counsel, who asked for 30 years of imprisonment accompanied by the security sentence. The accused has 10 days to appeal.
