5 used vehicles at $300,000 to discover on Otogo

Effective September 1, 2022, the new federal luxury vehicle tax of $100,000 and over is unnerving a fair number of buyers and dealers. Of course, this measure only applies to brand new models that have never been registered.

So that’s one more reason to consider a used luxury vehicle. The choice is not lacking, even at very high prices, but some jewels can fly away quickly because collectors have a watchful eye. All the same, we did a quick overview and identified five exceptional vehicles priced at $300,000 or more currently available on the Otogo platform. Will you succumb to temptation?

2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series – $669,790

The gleaming German two-seater sports coupe packs a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that generates no less than 720 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque in its Black Series version, as seen here. Officially, it goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in less than nine seconds. This example has driven less than 5,000 km. Its two rear tires are brand new and have never been worn out on the track!

2021 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera – $398,975

Almost as powerful with its 715 horsepower, here is an English beauty that hides a roaring 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 engine. Its all-black look, save for the massive yellow-painted brake calipers, is sublime. The previous owner enjoyed some 16,000 km before putting it up for sale, but the car remains in immaculate condition and has passed a full inspection.

2017 Bentley Continental GT Supersports – $379,984

The Supersports was the ultimate version of the Continental GT coupe in 2017, combining a 700 horsepower W12 engine with several carbon fiber elements, a large rear spoiler and a proprietary titanium exhaust for even more uplifted performance. After a good session on the track with this bomb, you can go home to the comfort of its massaging seats. This one has only 2,300 km in the body and has a unique two-tone paint.

2018 Lamborghini Huracan AWD Spyder – $360,540

We should not forget the exotic Italian cars, such as the Huracán. Whether in coupe or Spyder (convertible) version like this one, the entry-level Lamborghini is a true luxury and performance machine. The classic white exterior contrasts with the black and orange interior. The 580 horsepower of the naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10 is distributed to all four wheels. The example in question has only been driven an average of 2,000 km per year.

2021 Porsche 911 Turbo S – $334,900

Finally, how not to include the mythical 911 from Porsche? Several used models are to be discovered on Otogo, including a lovely 2021 911 Turbo S whose power from the 3.8-litre six-cylinder turbo (640 horsepower) is matched only by its sound (thanks to the sports exhaust asset!). The system which makes it possible to raise the front of the car is very practical so as not to damage the bodywork in the entrances which are a little more inclined. Beware that, like many used Porsches, this one is worth a lot more than when new!
