On the occasion of the France Bleu market tour, France Bleu Cotentin invites you to meet on Thursday 29 September at Place de Gaulle in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. From 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., chef Mickael Enot of Le Plouc 2 restaurant will cook live in front of you.

The market tour of France Bleu stops at Cherbourg on Thursday September 29. Live from the fully equipped food truck, the chef of the redneck 2, Michael Enot will make a meal (starter-main course-dessert) for 6 people with a budget of 30 euros, with the products that he will have bought on the market the same morning.

From 9am to 10am, Stephanie Barrier will accompany Mickael Enot to the producers present on the square.

Then from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., place in the kitchen! In front of youthe chef will cook a meal for 6 people with local products. You can also to taste and give your comments on the ingredients, how to do it, at Stéphanie’s microphone.

Located on Place de Gaulle, also called Place du Théâtre, the Thursday market is important with more than one hundred exhibitors. You can find fruits and vegetables from local producers, cheeses, charcuterie, but also bazaar products, clothes.
