After the death of the youngest of his daughters, the father, suspected of having defenestrated his two daughters in Chambon-Feugerolles, in the Loire, on Friday, is kept in police custody.
Two little girls, two-year-old and four-year-old sisters, fell 4 stories mid-morning. The youngest did not survive. The eldest is still hospitalized, in serious condition, in Lyon. This Saturday, she is still between life and death with a “very committed vital prognosis”.
The 23-year-old father is therefore still in custody this Saturday. The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Saint-Étienne confirmed this Saturday morning the extension of his police custody.
He is the main suspect of this defenestration. Finally, at the end of the day on Friday, the investigation opened by the judicial authorities was requalified for “murder” and “attempted murder” of a minor under the age of fifteen.
