It’s been three eternities since I’ve tasted this wine. The series “I revisit my classics” confirms that it is one of the timeless. It is still necessary, in moderate doses, to like the gewürz. A precise and delicate version is offered to us, with the freshness, but above all the vinosity necessary to tease the good Munster (and its caraway seeds). (5)
