King Charles III is a “ham host”, according to Dutrizac

The missteps of King Charles III since the death of Queen Elizabeth II have hardly impressed columnist Sophie Durocher and host Benoit Dutrizac, the latter going so far as to qualify the monarch as a “host** of ham”.

Mme Durocher returned, in a column during Benoit Dutrizac’s program on QUB radio on Wednesday afternoon, to the escapades of Charles III, who was notably criticized in recent days for having asked a servant to remove an embarrassing object on a table, and for throwing a tantrum over a leaky pen.

“He was really brought up with a silver spoon in his mouth. It’s not a silver spoon, it’s a gold spoon, platinum, with jewels of Majesty. It’s absolutely appalling,” she said indignantly, recounting the adventures of the new king.

“He got his nose blown, wiped, washed, pampered ost**. He never worked a day in his life on this ost ** of ham there, “replied Benoit Dutrizac, after having learned of the escapades of Charles III.
