The Blues still in the running? Victorious in extremis over Turkey on Saturday (86-87), the France team challenges Italy, Wednesday September 14 at 5:15 p.m. in Berlin, in the quarter-finals of Eurobasket 2022.
The challenge promises to be immense for the men of Vincent Collet, opposed to the executioners of Serbia by Nikola Jokic in the round of 16 (94-86). The last confrontations between the two teams had turned in favor of France, in the quarter-finals of the 2020 Olympics (84-75), then in a preparation match for the Euro this summer (78-77 ap in Bologna, and 100- 68 in Montpellier). The winner will face Slovenia or Poland in the semi-finals on Friday.
