We invite you to discover the “Le Grand Meal” operation, which will take place on Thursday, October 20th.
The concept is simple: once a year, on the same day, the Association brings together all the players in collective and traditional catering who offer residents of the same region the opportunity to share the same local menu. Each menu is developed and designed by a local Chef sponsor, using local and seasonal products.
And to tell us about it, we were with the Drôme-Ardèche godfather, this year, the starred chef Olivier Samin (Le Carré d’Aléthius, in Charmes-sur-Rhône)
With us also the National President of the “Grand Repas” Emmanuel Hervé, the delegate for our 2 departments, Guillaume Billon, and the chef of the kitchens of the Drôme hospitals, Christian, Mouktarian.
