A video is currently circulating on social media. There may be the beginning of an altercation, followed by aggression. Five people are then in the center of the roadway. The victim then crashes heavily to the ground after an impact noise.
For some reason yet to be determined, a young adult was struck in the head with what appears to be a metal bar or retractable baton. The exact nature of the weapon used has not been confirmed by the police.
