On September 12, 2022, the bull breeder in the Camargue announced that he and Alexandre were going to divorce but the separation between the two men actually took place, still according to him, at the end of August. Either a year and two months after their magnificent wedding which Karine Le Marchand had attended. Despite their breakup, everything suggests that surrogacy is still in progress. Indeed, Mathieu’s departure to Colombia took place at the very end of August, so after Alexandre let him know that he preferred to end their relationship because he wanted to “to live something else“.
