On September 9, 2020, Bertrand Kamal died of pancreatic cancer at just 30 years old. The young man nicknamed “Beka” participated in the season of 4 Earths of Koh-Lanta on TF1. He was eliminated on October 23, 2020 after 25 days of survival. As he was preparing to celebrate his 31st birthday on November 11, 2020, the disease decided otherwise. The announcement of his death was a real shock for relatives, friends of Bertrand Kamal, viewers of Koh-Lanta, but also for the host, Denis Brogniart.
