Loic Ballet, columnist for Télé Matin and France bleu, contacted twelve “Grands Chefs” who each proposed 2 recipes, one salty, the other sweet. easy to make, suitable for children: it was the rule, in addition to the use of seasonal products…
So there are 24 recipes in this comic: 2 per month. The book is aimed in particular at children and was made possible thanks to the involvement of two major players: Unicef and the Kiwanis France-Monaco. This was based on the 232 clubs in France, including that of Valence, represented by Joel Ducros and Patrice Torralba who welcome Loïc and his dad, Patrick, comic book illustrator as part of Valence in gastronomy.
