A former CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale employee took advantage of her position at a COVID-19 vaccination site to produce false vaccine evidence.

After an investigation by UPAC, Carolane Fournier was charged with breach of trust, production of false documents and fraudulent use of a computer, said a statement from the Anti-Corruption Commissioner.
Between September 8 and September 17, 2021, the woman “false diets in the Quebec Vaccination Registry for herself and for other people”, can we read in the press release.
Thanks to these false entries, these people were able to obtain a false vaccination profile, which allowed them to obtain the famous QR codes used as proof of vaccination in Quebec.
