Two teenagers dived into the Seine this Sunday at the end of the morning in Rouen. The emergency services intervened at the level of the William the Conqueror bridge. According to the first elements, the two teenagers wanted to recover a ball.
In cardio-respiratory arrest
The first teenager was able to go back to the docks. He was in shock when paramedics arrived. The second was still in the Seine. The divers found him in cardio-respiratory arrest. He was being resuscitated for the SMUR and the Seine-Maritime firefighters.
The operation mobilized 15 firefighters, including teams specializing in aquatic rescue.
