The Maison Veuve Clicquot celebrates its 250e a big anniversary in Montreal by offering a temporary gastronomic experience from September 7 to 25 with various guest chefs, in the magnificent space that until very recently housed the Boris Bistro, rue McGill, now closed for good.

For three weeks, Francis Blais (Extra Menu), Theo Lerikos (Tuck Shop) and Danny Smiles (Willow Inn) will each offer a four or three course menu with food and champagne (between $250 and $175 per person) , while Arthurs’ Raegan Steinberg and Alex Cohen will take over Sundays (September 11, 18 and 25) with an effervescent brunch ($55 per person).
The event La Tablée éphémère is organized in collaboration with A5 Hospitality (Jatoba, Flyjin, Le Cathcart), now the owner of the place, which should open a new restaurant there in 2023.
All proceeds raised will go to La Tablée des Chefs. Book quickly, places are flying like hot cakes!
