Catherine Guillouard resigns from RATP. The CEO has informed the State shareholder that she wishes to end her duties as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the RATP group “for personal reasons“.
The Government announced this Thursday: by mutual agreement, the mandate of Catherine Guillouard will end on September 30, 2022.
She had been at the head of the RATP since August 2017, after having succeeded the position of CEO to the current Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne, who entered the government. She was reappointed in July 2019 for a five-year term.
The State welcomed in a press release the action of the CEO at the head of the RATP group.
