A decision “well thought out“, assures the neo-Béarnais, one of the sure values of Oyonnax, candidate declared to return to the Top 14 in recent seasons. And if Sacha Zegueur has chosen to leave Ain, it is precisely for climb this step and taste the Top 14 : “The ProD2 is good, but I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and scratch above“.
The former under-20 international, double world champion, finds himself faced with fierce competition this season in the third row with the Green and White. He has also realized in recent weeks the level of training and preparation of an elite club, without being unduly disturbed: “It changes a little on the physical density, the speed of execution and the time we have to make a decision, but other than that, it’s fine!” Now Sacha Zegueur can’t wait to see his name on a league game sheet : “It’s my dream to play in the Top 14, there will be a first block of ten games, I’m just waiting for that“And why not this Saturday against Perpignan?
