In August 2021, Nagui left the presentation of the show “Everyone wants to take their place” after 15 years at the helm of the program. To replace him, France Télévisions had bet on Laurence Boccolini… who thus left TF1 for the occasion. But the host had to face some complications starting with declining audiences linked to the departure of the emblematic host as well as strong criticism from viewers demanding the latter’s return.

A new candidate named Matthieu then took the floor to make a beautiful statement to the former presenter of the “Weak Link”: “It’s a beautiful flower and it’s in your image” he launched. “Me from the beginning that you appeared…“, he continued before bursting into tears. “You embody a lot of things for mea lady, a real lady, a beautiful and good presenter, a good mom, really a human person” he said very moved.
