Léa Chauveau and Alexandre Cousin opened in 2019 their first bakery in Beauvoir-en-Lyons, in the department of Seine-Maritime. The town of 600 inhabitants was then deprived of shops and fresh bread.
Three bakeries, including one franchised entrusted to their first apprentice, and 25 employees later, the young couple has a new project in mind: to launch a chocolate factory, La Cacaoterie, which is due to open in December 2021 just opposite their second. bakery in Forges-les-Eaux.

Léa and Alexandre are always committed to working with quality products. So they wanted to select their beans themselves.
