From the start, a restaurant located in the botany wing, on the ground floor, offered seafood cuisine. The constraints linked to the Covid having put it to sleep, it is now taking off again under the name of “BANKSIA”, sharing its space and location with a delicatessen, in a completely redesigned layout, but still with its direct access, its private terrace and its opening towards the hotel garden.
In a soothing decor and a light atmosphere.
In addition to the grocery offer, Banksia will mainly work on products in the form of planks, sandwiches, gazpacho, vegetable dips, ceviche…and most of the products, under the “Banksia – La Zoologie Bordeaux” brand, are made on site or purchased from selected producers (foie gras, black pork from Bigorre, etc.)
