The harvests of the garden are more than abundant? Follow the trend of pickles vegetables, those marinades that can be prepared in no time. Almost all vegetables are suitable for the game: beans, carrots, beets, cauliflower, cucumbers, radishes, etc.
No matter which vegetables you choose to pickle, the preparation is the same. In a large clean jar, simply arrange the fresh vegetables (whole, sliced or quartered, depending on your taste or the use you plan to make of them). In a saucepan, combine all the other ingredients (vinegar, water, sugar, salt and various and varied spices). Bring to a boil and pour over the vegetables. Let the jar cool before putting it in the fridge. Wait two or three days and consume without moderation!

The conversation
Minute marinades have a clear advantage: they can be cooked in no time at all! Marinated vegetables keep all their crunch and all their freshness. As there is no cooking or sterilization, these pickles will keep in the refrigerator for about two weeks.
