With 354 dead, the road safety record is not good for the month of July 2022 in France. In Drôme and Ardèche, it amounts to five deaths against two last year over the same period.

Road safety figures are not good. Both nationally and in Drôme and Ardèche, the number of road deaths is on the rise. In July 2022 alone, 354 people died in France. In Drôme and Ardèche this figure stands at five people, i.e. two deaths in Ardèche compared to just one last year and three in Drôme, two more than in July 2021. Since the beginning of the year in Drôme and in Ardèche, the balance sheet shows 25 dead.
