It is a young fish market on the Pyla at La Teste de Buch headed by the duo Lucas Viotte and Martin Nouvelle. A traditional fishmonger’s with fish from the auctions between Saint Jean de Luz and La Cottinière as well as a catering section (salads, hot dishes, tartars).
The fish shop favors local and ultra-short circuits with small boats, alternative and nearest fishing methods, good value for money and respect for the product.
