The Canétoise swimmer, Analia Pigreejust strike gold this Sunday at the European Swimming Championships in Rome. She imposed herself in the 50m backstroke, with a time of 27.27, ahead of the Italian Silvia Scalia (27.53) and the Dutch Maaike De Waard (27.54). She also registers a new French record.
The swimmer from the Canet 66 Swimming club will not have time to celebrate. She will be back in the pools tomorrow for the 100m backstroke series where she will try to win a second medal.
