At least 20 gendarmes from several companies were dispatched to the scene, not counting the teams of the PSIG (Peloton de Surveillance et d’Intervention de la Gendarmerie). It was even necessary to call in the police to reinforce the soldiers. Law enforcement checked 50 identities.
