Borrowing its name from a version of the F-150 that bridges the gap between ordinary liveries and the exuberant Raptor, this group increases the capabilities of the Maverick outside the asphalt roads without transforming it entirely.

To accomplish this, revised shocks and springs were bolted in, working in concert with tires designed to better grip various surfaces. The lower part of the front bumper has also been redesigned to increase the approach angle to 30.7 degrees, a gain of around ten degrees. Ground clearance also increases to 24cm, which is better than a Jeep Cherokee. Shields are also added under the chassis to protect the mechanical components.

The most significant modification resides in the all-wheel drive, which has been revised by adding a rear clutch clearance for greater latitude in the distribution of torque. A more efficient transmission oil cooler is also added to reduce the risk of overheating, which is particularly present when traveling at low speeds and stressing the mechanics in this way.

Obviously, the Tremor unit can only be paired with the 2.0L (250 hp) four-cylinder turbo. At $3400, it is all in all rather affordable considering the extent of the modifications made. On sale in the fall.
