Denis Dorval could have had a career as a forestry engineer. He chose instead to stay at Latulippe, a business for which he has worked for 50 years. What many recruiters dream of who are struggling to find and keep employees.

Denis was 15 when he started working in 1972 for Marcel Latulippe, the founder of Magasin Latulippe in the 1940s.
“My brother worked as a salesman. He told me the store was looking for someone to take care of the parking lot. They immediately told me yes and that I was working weekends during my studies,” he says.
