In July 2022, inflation accelerated to reach 6.1% in one year. A record since 1985. The increase is felt in the supermarkets, but also facing the bill at the restaurant.
In a restaurant kitchen, inflation creeps into every dish. The gas rose 42.4%dairy products experienced an increase of 8%, and the meat of 8.3%.
