It is not a question here of “taming” the Carignans and the Grenache Noirs, but rather of “realizing” them without twisting an arm or making them confess the slightest sin of pride. A fruity and finely spiced presentation, supple and light, but vibrant under the action of the schists and limestones which delight the finish for a long time. (5)
