More than a thousand people have experienced the Anatha Fest experience since its launch in 2019. Founded by Claudine Langlois (Doshayoga), the event has a new partner and artistic director this year, the well-known DJ Bee Gelinas. Inspired by the atmospheres of festivals like Wanderlust, Burning Man and Osheaga, Anatha is distinguished by its zero alcohol and zero waste formula. For this 4e edition, meet in the village of Saint-Fortunat, in Chaudière-Appalaches, for three days where it will be possible to reconnect with your inner voice thanks to various yoga and breathing workshops, artistic performances of circus, dance and music , and other ecstatic dances, creations of mandalas and conferences focused on well-being, in an atmosphere that promises to be magical.

You don’t have to be a meditation pro to take advantage of the free programming, which will run on Tuesday and Saturday mornings until October 15. The only instruction to follow: remain silent. Meditative concerts to the sound of Tibetan or crystal bowls, didgeridoo or oboe, and guided meditations will be offered there as the sun rises over the river. To mark the launch of the season, a special concert by Vieux Farka Touré and his rhythms from the Sahara will take place on Thursday, August 11, at 5:15 a.m.
