The distributor, Films Opale, announced on Tuesday that the film directed by Luc Picard has collected $1,003,220 since its theatrical release on July 20. confessions at the same time becomes the first Quebec film to cross the million mark since The Perfect Family Guidereleased in the summer of 2021.

The film written by Sylvain Guy and produced by Christian Larouche tells the true story of Gérard Gallant, one of the most prolific contract killers Quebec has ever known.
