How can you imagine that a market gardener would start producing potatoes in the Ardèche? The goal: to create artisanal local chips. It was Henri Avon, creator of the brand of Chips BCBG (Good chips, Good Taste) in Boffres near Valence who had this crazy idea.
The chip tortilla
My extra thing is an omelet with chips! You take crisps, you break them up and you incorporate them into the preparation of your eggs. And you cook. It’s still quite crispy. And the taste of the potato is there. It’s a tortilla with chips!
