An iconic character from the ‘Harry Potter’ saga got engaged during a romantic trip to Florida. His name and face may not be unfamiliar to you. And it’s not Daniel Radcliffe!
For all fans of the saga Harry Potter, here is a name that may not be familiar to you. It’s not Daniel Radcliffe but Chris Rankin alias Percy, Ron Weasley’s big brother played by Rupert Grint in Harry Potter. Indeed, the actor appeared in many parts of the Harry Potter saga like Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002), Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004), Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) or even Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (2010 and 2011). He also appeared in the tour The Magical Music of Harry Potter in 2021.
Chris Rankin, now 38, got engaged to Ness Beecroft on a romantic trip to Florida. A news that Chris Rankin shared on Instagram with a photo published Thursday August 4 where we can see the engagement ring on his girlfriend’s left hand placed behind the actor. “Good news! I asked @nessa_beecroft if she wanted to get engaged and she seemed fine with the idea”wrote the 38-year-old actor visibly fulfilled in the caption of the post.
It has now been six years since Chris Rankin shares the life of the beautiful Ness Beecroft. The couple had two children: Stanley and Boo. Previously, the actor was married to producer Megan Walker. Living in South Wales, Chris Rankin and his half are keen to lead a private life away from the spotlight, as the first mentioned in 2020: “When you’re not looking for something, the one thing you didn’t know you were missing shows up and fixes everything”he had said.
