The death of the singer leaves a void in the music industry and particularly the universe of musicals. Born on August 26, 1961, in Algeria, Daniel Lévi had finally spent his childhood in Lyon. Very quickly, he showed a taste for music and spent ten years at the conservatory studying the piano. In the 1980s, he recorded his first solo album, Cocktail. The following decade, he made his debut in a musical: Sand and the Romantics, signed Catherine Lara. In 1996, he finally recorded his second album, entitled In parentheses.
