Since 2017, Gérard Depardieu has been singing Barbara with a lot of passion in his voice. He first released an album in homage to the singer, in February, then interpreted the titles of the famous woman in black on stage, almost everywhere in France. It is this spectacle, moreover, that he has chosen to deliver on August 6 during his visit to the Lacoste Festival, an event created by Pierre Cardin which takes place in the Vaucluse.
