A butcher in La Brède!

Direction La Brède to meet the Boucherie Brédoise and at their head, the duo Paul and Joris since 2019 at the head of the butchery.
This butcher shop is the realization of a unique project that combines several things: passion, authenticity, craftsmanship and quality products. They come from a family of butchers and wish to follow in the footsteps of their respective grandfathers to perpetuate this ancestral know-how and amaze the taste buds of their customers with beautiful local products.

Beef from the Boucherie Bredoise

The butcher offers good meat from Gironde and New Aquitaine. You can choose from the partenaise, the Blonde d’Aquitaine, the Limousine or even the Normande breed to delight the taste buds of the clientele. They mature for 3 weeks in a maturation chamber to bring taste and flavor.

Useful information :
A breed unknown to gourmets but brought up to date by the butcher, the Pirenaika in the Basque Country in Navarre, a 7-year-old beef, matured for 1 month at 42.90 euros per kg.
